 
Many insurance plans require deductibles or co-payments at the time of the visit. You may pay these with cash, check, VISA or MasterCard. We participate in most plans including Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield among others. We will gladly submit account information to your insurance company and bill you for any balance.
